Boys, I have seen many of my works (sprites, palettes) taken without permission and sometimes even without credit. The only secret to being a good sprite, just use your work and you will see his work gradually gets better, if sprites are always taken outside and made them some small details, they will never reach a good level. The work is long and to make some really decent work can take months or even years.
